Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
1.) Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the event management industry.
2.) Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
3.) Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and acquire new clients.
4.) Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
1.) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
2.) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
3.) Ensure clients' requirements are understood and met by collaborating with the event planning team.
4.) Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Event Proposal & Planning:
1.) Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
2.) Work with the event management team to create customized event plans based on client specifications.
3.) Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and venues.
Marketing & Branding:
1.) Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote the company's event management services.
2.) Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote the business and expand the client base.
3.)Manage social media accounts, create content, and participate in online promotional efforts.
Market Research & Analysis:
1.) Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and trends.
2.) Keep track of industry best practices to ensure services are up to date and competitive.
3.) Provide feedback and suggestions to improve business strategies.
Budget Management:
1.) Oversee event budgets, ensuring all expenses are controlled and profits are maximized.
2.) Approve and manage the allocation of resources for events.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
