    Role Description This is a full-time on-site Event Operations Manager role located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations management, vendor management, event planning, communication, and budgeting on a daily basis. Based on the demands of the client, create and maintain an extensive checklist of resource requirements. Organize the client's items' delivery and pickup both before and after the event. In accordance with event budgets, negotiate and agree on artist management fees. Set up necessary resources from vendors, such as lighting, audio systems, and visual equipment. Make site visits to evaluate the logistical specifics, event arrangement, and resource requirements. Verify the availability of the location and obtain the required permits for the lighting, sound, and other needs. Manage takeover and handover of venues. Determine areas of improvement for event safety and security. Plan hotel rooms and tickets for team members attending the event. Make the necessary arrangements for courier and transportation for the event. Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards. As a Sales Manager, you are accountable for developing and promoting business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and hotel visits.     Events: • Design and create innovative 3D concepts for corporate events ((including invite design, set design (backdrops, entrances, theme-based props)), and mementos. • Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Client Servicing teams. • Deliver creative design solutions for events. • Independently manage projects from conceptualization to execution with minimal support. • Design and sketch entire events, providing comprehensive creative solutions based on briefs. • Interact with clients to clarify briefs when necessary. • Ensure designs meet production standards and collaborate with the Production team on sizing. • Backup artwork in designated formats and maintain records. • Oversee onsite setup to ensure proper implementation. • Maintain and update the database, sketches, inventory, and stationery. • Ensure the team meets quality standards and deadlines.
