The Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) held its highly anticipated first member meeting for Jaipur in 2023, marking a significant milestone in re-energizing and activating the event industry in Rajasthan. The event held at Fairmont Jaipur, brought together industry leaders, professionals, and enthusiasts to discuss strategies for growth and innovation.

Suman Raina of Miltsaar Entertainments, EEMA member, is appointed as the State Head for Rajasthan. With her extensive industry experience and unwavering passion, EEMA is confident in her taking the event management community in Rajasthan to new heights.

Suman Raina, State Head, EEMA Rajasthan said, “I am filled with enthusiasm regarding the unity within the events industry as a cohesive entity. EEMA not only provides us with valuable resources and industry knowledge but also enables us to actively contribute to the collective progress of the event management community. I urge myself and the fraternity to uphold the theme of sustainability and strive to create a positive impact on every event we organize. Being part of EEMA allows us to successfully accomplish this objective.”

Several notable dignitaries from EEMA attended the event, including Samit Garg, President; P. V. N. Vidyasagar; Exe. Vice President; Vinod Janardhan, General Secretary; Ankur Kalra, Treasurer; and Vipul Pandhi, Vice President - North. Their presence underscored the importance of the meeting and demonstrated the commitment of EEMA's leadership to the growth and development of the event industry in Rajasthan. The meeting commenced with a high-impact consultation led by Samit Garg, the esteemed President of EEMA, who shared valuable insights and trends shaping the events landscape. This was followed by key announcements made by Vipul Pandhi, Vice President of EEMA North Zone.

The meeting became a revolutionary landmark with a series of game-changing initiatives to empower and uplift event professionals in the region. The meeting commenced with a high-impact consultation led by Samit Garg, the esteemed President of EEMA, who shared valuable insights and trends shaping the events landscape. This was followed by key announcements made by Vipul Pandhi, Vice President of EEMA North Zone.

Samit Garg, President, EEMA said, “The EEMA Rajasthan Meeting brought together our folks and partners there after a long time. During the meet, we had the opportunity to engage in in-depth conversations and exchange ideas on the latest trends, challenges, and advancements possible in the business. We also shared the collective vision of EEMA with all the stakeholders and what we have successfully been able to achieve in the past 8 months.”
