COVIDIndia.org & STCH Integrated Marketing are launching a virtual concert Helping Hands, a mammoth effort to raise 3000 PPE kits for frontline workers and 1,00,000 meals in association with the Khichdi Project, to feed the vulnerable in the slums of Mumbai. This joint initiative is for supporting the COVID - 19 response by bringing the world together through music and inspiring everyone to take action.
COVIDIndia’s last successful fundraiser ‘Stay Home for India’ was held on April 11-12th partnered with over 70+ comedians including Tanmay Bhatt, Kaneez Surka, Abhish Mathews, to raise funds for the purchase of PPE equipment for frontline workers.

The vision of this concert is three-pronged: to entertain those locked down in their homes, to pay tribute to those who are working on the frontlines, and to feed those who have no work and no home and do not know where their next meal is coming from.
At a time when so many feel isolated and helpless at home, this campaign leverages the power of social media to bring the healing power of music into their homes. This campaign is a step towards connecting and inspiring citizens of India to take a stand and take action to beat this virus that is affecting the lives of so many poor and vulnerable people.
The concert will be over 5 hours long and will be a live broadcast on May 16th on YouTube at 6 PM IST on COVIDIndia and Brit Asia UK YouTube channel.

“Our country and the world as a whole are facing an unprecedented crisis, the likes of which have never been seen before. It is of paramount importance that every citizen comes together and plays a part, no matter how small because there is a lot that needs to be done,” said Arjun Sharma, Account Director, Stch Integrated Marketing Solution.
