Kishangi Gupta, a jewelry designer, and Harsh Poddar, a lawyer, celebrated their wedding at Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya Udaipur, with a well-structured and thoughtfully designed series of events. The wedding was planned by Shree Kunj Events, ensuring a smooth experience for the couple and their guests.
The couple worked closely with Bhavya Chitlangiya from Shree Kunj Events to bring their vision to life. The objective was to create a wedding that combined traditional elements with a modern approach while ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. The team focused on detailed planning, cohesive themes, and smooth execution across all functions.
The sangeet was designed to be a lively and engaging evening. With a structured sequence of performances and a well-planned ambiance, the event allowed guests to enjoy music and dance in a setting that balanced aesthetics with functionality. Odyssey Decor created a setup using contemporary lighting and clean design elements to complement the energy of the evening.
For the daytime carnival, the couple chose a plum, sage green, and ivory color palette, which blended well with Udaipur’s landscape. The event featured interactive games curated by Gamistaan, a packed dancefloor, and a relaxed yet engaging environment. The decor maintained a balance between vibrancy and elegance, ensuring that guests of all age groups could enjoy the event.
The wedding ceremony followed a structured approach, incorporating light pastel tones, traditional Rajasthani prints, and latticework arches. The phera ceremony was conducted in a calm and well-organized manner, allowing the couple and their families to focus on the traditions.
