Mercii, founded by Arpita Khan Sharma in partnership with Richboyz Entertainment, is the latest European fine dining destination making waves at 81 Crest, Khar. Inspired by her family's passion for hospitality and her own culinary experiences across Europe, Arpita envisioned a space that radiates warmth and gratitude. The name "Mercii," French for "thank you," reflects this sentiment, creating an ambiance where every detail, from inviting lighting and plush seating to attentive service, ensures guests feel welcomed.

Spanning 9,000 sq ft, Mercii’s interior blends opulence with elegance, featuring a versatile skylight that transitions seamlessly from sunlit vibrancy to an intimate starlit atmosphere. The restaurant also includes a private chamber, ideal for intimate gatherings and celebrations.

At the heart of Mercii’s culinary excellence is Group Culinary Director Dennis Koll, whose experience with Michelin-starred chefs and world-renowned establishments, including Burj Al Arab, elevates the dining experience. The menu showcases European flavors infused with creative twists. Signature dishes include Matar Hummus and Lavash Chaat, a fusion of Indian and Mediterranean flavors; Parmesan Charred Broccoli; Crispy Salmon Rice; and Mushroom Chai, a unique consommé served chai-style. Seafood lovers can indulge in Coco Lobster, inspired by Goan cuisine, or the exquisite Crab Ravioli. Desserts like Hazelnut Tiramisu and Pavlova with shadow morels and raspberries provide the perfect sweet finale.

The Mercii Rocher cocktail features peanut butter-washed bourbon whisky with hazelnut liqueur and bitters, while Holy Biscoff is a dessert-inspired mix of Lotus Biscoff-washed tequila and white chocolate liqueur. The Le Trésor series offers unique creations such as Smoky Terrain, blending Talisker whisky with passion fruit and orange, and Purple Haze, a mix of Tanqueray gin, lavender, and blue pea tea. Non-alcoholic options include Mint Berry Mash, Ginger Lover, and Jasmine Nation, ensuring a refined beverage selection for all.
