Shreem Events Ajay Decorators Popular Decorators Knotting Bells

Ruchita and Pratyush celebrated their wedding with a series of well-organized and thoughtfully planned events across Mumbai. Combining traditional elements with contemporary touches, the celebrations were meticulously executed by Shreem Events, led by Devanshi Patel. The team ensured that all details were handled efficiently, allowing the couple and their families to focus on the occasion. Documenting the events was Knotting Bells, whose photography and videography captured the essence of the festivities.

The Mehndi ceremony at BJ Hall featured decor by Popular Decorators, with marigolds, banana trees, and vibrant floral arrangements setting a traditional tone. The indoor space offered colorful lounge seating, a dance floor, and activities such as a perfume bar and caricature photo booth. Guests enjoyed music, dance performances, and mehndi artistry, culminating in a sit-down Gujarati lunch. Entertainment for the event was led by Shanay Shah, with choreography by Nirmit Jhaveri Productions.

The Cocktail evening at The Bombay Club was designed with a speakeasy theme, complete with password entry. Decorated by Ajay Decorators, the venue featured tropical floral arrangements, shimmering disco balls, and neon lighting. Guests engaged with a photo booth, ball pit, and an audio booth for recording messages for the couple. Music was provided by DJ TBOM aka Krish, creating an enjoyable evening for the couple and their guests.

The wedding ceremony took place at the 2nd Enclosure of Turf Lawns and Enclosure, with decor by Ajay Decorators and Dwarika Designs. Following a traditional Safa-tying ritual and baraat accompanied by a brass band, the bride entered with her family, while her cousins rang bells to mark the moment. The ceremony was conducted under a floral mandap in warm tones, with music by the Bansi Project. Guests received sweets and silver coins as keepsakes of the occasion.
