Navya and Vasu’s wedding was a thoughtfully planned celebration of love that combined grandeur with personal touches. Organized by Ferris Wheel Diaries, the event reflected the couple’s personalities and marked their union with family and friends. Coming from prominent business families, Navya and Vasu envisioned a wedding that was both elegant and meaningful. 

Wedding planner Vedika Singhal from Ferris Wheel Diaries shared that Navya and Vasu, along with their families, envisioned a wedding that was distinct yet deeply personal. The goal was to blend entertainment with intimate moments, creating experiences that would remain memorable. From custom performances to interactive guest experiences, every aspect was carefully curated.

A key feature of the wedding was the custom song Fitrat, professionally written and recorded to narrate Navya and Vasu's love story and celebrate their families' union. Another unique element was a personalized podcast, where guests heard the couple share their journey, setting the tone for the celebrations. The couple's event entries were also thoughtfully planned, incorporating nostalgic themes, energetic dances, and creative ways to engage their loved ones.

The wedding’s functions were as thoughtfully planned as its details. The intimate Ghar Walo Ki Mehndi showcased vibrant décor with purple blooms and soft lighting, while the groom sported a minimalistic mehndi design with the couple’s monogram. 

The second day’s Welcome & Mehndi celebration included a live performance of their song Fitrat, joyful dancing, and family bonding. The Sangeet & Cocktail evening was a glamorous affair, featuring a flash mob by friends and cousins to welcome the couple, a choreographed ring exchange with LED diyas, and family performances, capped off with a cake-cutting and champagne-popping ceremony. 

The Haldi ceremony was divided into two parts, beginning with a traditional morning gathering with close family, followed by an interactive celebration in the afternoon. The afternoon included activities like a fragrance station, nostalgic treats, foot massages, and an open mic session where guests shared songs and memories. Navya’s mother also gave a special performance, adding a personal touch. 

The wedding day was a grand celebration. The Baarat, led by Emcee Vishaal Rasquinha, was vibrant with music, dhol players, and special effects such as helium balloons and cold pyros. The Phera ceremony was heartfelt, accompanied by spiritual music from Siddharth Mohan, with guests participating by ringing bells to enhance the atmosphere. The day concluded with a lighthearted spin on the Joota Chupai ritual, where the bride’s sisters presented a humorous contract for Vasu to sign, making it an enjoyable moment for everyone. The evening reception concluded the festivities with performances by Sachet-Parampara and DJ AJ, creating a lively and energetic finale.
