Team.i celebrates Independence Day with Sustainability Freedom & Fest in Bangalore

India’s Premier Institute for Event Management Education, team.i celebrated Independence Day with the Sustainability Freedom & Fest at its Bangalore campus. This vibrant event combined patriotism with a strong message of sustainability, drawing more than 200 industry leaders, influencers, and event enthusiasts from across the country.

The Sustainability & Freedom Fest brought together stalwarts from top event agencies, influencers, and professionals from the event industry, providing a platform to discuss and promote sustainable practices. Attendees engaged in thoughtful discussions on how to incorporate eco-friendly practices into event planning and execution, aligning with team.i’s vision of leading the charge for sustainability in the industry.
Key highlight of the event was the participation of over 100 Harley Davidson riders from the Tusker Chapter of the Harley Owners Group (HOG), who embarked on a thrilling independence ride that culminated at the team.i campus. This ride was not just a celebration of freedom but also a tribute to sustainable living, aligning with the event's overarching theme.
The event also featured meaningful social initiatives, including a blood donation camp and a puppy adoption drive, which were well-received by attendees. These activities underscored the importance of community involvement and social responsibility, reflecting team.i's commitment to fostering a better future.

Speaking about the initiative, Arvind Jyot Sabhaney, Founder of team.i. said, “We are thrilled with the turnout and the positive response from the event community, our goal was to create an event that not only celebrates our nation’s independence but also raises awareness about sustainability. We believe that as future event managers, our students must be prepared to lead with innovation and responsibility.”

It was not only a celebration of our country's independence but also a powerful reminder of our responsibility towards the environment. The event was a fantastic opportunity to learn from industry leaders and engage in discussions about sustainable event management practices. We are proud to be a part of this initiative.”
It also featured a stellar lineup of celebrity guests, including KP Aravind and Divya Uruduga, popular actors and Bigg Boss Kannada contestants, along with AllOK, the celebrated Kannada rapper, singer, actor, and music producer. The event was also graced by Behram Siganporia, a renowned singer, songwriter, and pilot, who added a unique flair to the occasion.

Behram Siganporia, Lead vocalist of the popular band Best Kept Secret, Pilot, Model & Actor said, “As we honour the sacrifices of our nation's heroes, it is heartening to see the next generation of leaders and professionals carrying forward the spirit of patriotism and excellence.
