After a 8 years stint at Airtel, Rajan has decided to take up a new assignment with Adani Digital Labs. In his last role at Airtel, he was spearheading the Growth Marketing function and has been instrumental in driving digital growth across Airtel B2C lines of business spanning from acquisitions, payments and App user base. He founded the Growth team at Airtel in 2019 to drive digital adoption of Airtel B2C products. In his early years he has worked with Deloitte, HCL Tech and Reliance Industries. With overall 15 yrs of experience, Rajan brings a strong expertise in Digital, Marketing, Pricing and Strategy.

 In his new stint, he will be taking over as Business Head for Adani Digital labs based out of Gurgaon.

Speaking about the appointment, Rajan said, "I thoroughly enjoyed working at Airtel in the last eight years and got the opportunity of working with some amazing talent and leadership. The journey was full of learnings, including going through the unforgettable experience of disruption caused to the Indian telecom industry in 2016. I had the privilege of doing multiple roles across business finance, digital and growth marketing in my journey at Airtel. Eagerly looking forward to the new challenges and contributing to the vision and mission of Adani Digital Labs.
