Eventz Genie: Solution to Curate Safe Events During the New Normal and Beyond

It all started when team Eventz Genie met with Sanjeev Sanyal, Former Principal Economic Advisor as EEMA wrote a letter to the Finance ministry seeking guidance and recommendations vide a plan of action that we seek to implement for the continuity of the Events and Experiences, Hospitality, Tourism and Meetings Industry as we look to the future.

The pandemic has accelerated digitization and automation like never before and Enjin Experiences leverages the best of both as the firm operates under the Eventz Genie trademark that is tasked to facilitate and create a framework for ‘Safe Events during the new normal.’

The launch of EventZ Genie, a technology-enabled, smart data analytics-powered suite of internet native products has enabled holding large-scale physical events safely.

Reimagining Event Management in the Indian context

The last 6-8 months had seen a host of global countries and cities deploying safe entry / covid green pass solutions in places like New York, London, Israel, France, Germany, Portugal Spain, Austria, Hong Kong, Singapore being the notable examples where similar deployment took place. INDIA now gets her “safe events solution".

Government & Industry Support

Events Genie has been selected for a monetary grant by department of industries under Start up India seed fund scheme. The firm was also selected as one of 150 promising Indian start-ups to take part in the first ever edition of India Innovation Week Jan held between 9th-16th 2022 under the aegis of Start-up India. Enjin is also an official partner of Indian Institute of Information technology Kottayam tasked with developing new age safe entry tools using artificial intelligence platforms.

The company has recently been awarded “20 most promising start-ups to look out for in 2022” by Business Connect Magazine

Eventz Genie is the first Indian firm to have taken up membership of Global Crowd Management Alliance and Event Safety Alliance. They are also members of FICCI and CII and are in discussions with industry bodies to design and engineer industry wide tools for facilitating safe workplaces, venues, events and experiences. As dynamics change these tools will be repurposed for the post pandemic era as well wherein tools are repurposed to deliver emerging solutions for “safety in large attendee spaces” which will remain a key focus area for the events and experiences industry.

Promoting Safety at Live Events

With the rise of wellness consciousness at large meetings gatherings and social events, Eventz Genie aims to supply and promote these safety goals through ratings and tools based on smart data and other new age technology. Its dashboard tools are free to view and deliver metrics at various levels showcasing whether the district is safe for reopening and at what capacity and format levels, a brand/ corporate could also use these as guidelines to planning future live in person events.

The Safe Venue rating tool would help both the largely MSME venue owners and operators’ class as well as event planners and wedding planners to have a degree of certainty in their businesses and identify safe venues. The EventZ Genies entry pass will lower risk amongst all event attendees as well as organizers and participants.
