The Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX) is gearing up for its fifth edition at New Delhi, Aerocity to help connect, enhance, and promote networks amongst Global Destinations, Venues and Suppliers and The MICE & Destination Wedding Industries.
Co-located with the WOW Awards Asia, EPEX is the quintessential platform where more than 600 global industry leaders and stakeholders will meet one-on-one and create a wide network of connections to enhance Outbound Event opportunities. It also helps in enhancing the presence of several associations by providing them with a platform to showcase their offerings to the top attendees from the Events and Wedding planner industry.

The size of Hosted Buyers and pre-profiled professionals has also increased at a steady pace, to over 70 partners and 350 qualified hosted buyers including 30% India’s leading Corporate Decision-makers, 6% top Association Representatives, 30% MICE Planners, 28% Destination Wedding Planners, Event Company owners and influencers along with 6% Travel Planners. In 2019, EPEX had a very successful run with a wide variety of attendees, including 320 Hosted Buyer.
The 5th year anniversary edition of EPEX is also expected to be sold out, with opportunities for National Tourism Boards, Hospitality Chains, International Hotels, DMCs and attraction brands from across the globe to partner and to meet the hosted buyers that are being profiled to attend the show.

The format of Pre-Scheduled meetings allows the partners and buyers to make efficient use and an essential connection of a 15-minute slot, to maximize the numbers of introductions partners can achieve from the show. With the introduction of the EPEX.live meetings software in 2018, buyers and partners are showcased through detailed profiles thereby enabling precise match-making during the scheduling of appointments.
Both hosted buyers team and exhibitor teams extend servicing on-ground during the show to ensure maximum output from meetings in a timely manner. EPEX is pivoted on the precision of its hospitality and on-ground execution which has enhanced over the years lending a superior brand positioning for EPEX amongst buyers and sellers alike. EPEX’s co-location with Asia's larger Event Platform: WOW Awards Asia, has also lent strongly to unmatched networking opportunities and access to knowledge-exchange sessions.

Since its 2017 edition, EPEX has strengthened strategic tie-ups with global hospitality brands for corporate hosted buyer engagement.
