GIHED CREDAI Property Show Exhibits 200 Properties from Over 70 Developers

GIHED CREDAI has been instrumental in Ahmedabad’s present standing as one of the hottest real estate destinations in India. Its efforts at collectively working towards Gujarat’s growth and development truly speaks of their strong determination and technical expertise.

GoBananas joined hands with GIHED CREDAI on this dynamic journey and has been conceptualizing and managing the GIHED CREDAI Property Show since their maiden show. This year was no different. Right from a bang on campaign and communication to a 360 degree advertising and managing the event, GoBananas handled all aspects of the event. The Property Show took place on June 24 and 25 at Gujarat University Convention and Exhibition Centre in Ahmedabad.

The event was attended by Real estate developers of India and Chief Guest, Union Minister for Housing, Urban Development and Urban Poverty Alleviation M Venkaiah Naidu, inaugurated the function.

The property show was conducted under the umbrella campaign - HOMES FOR ALL PROPERTY SHOW. The campaign was done in the local language, with the tag line 'Loan sasti thayano harsh, 2017 che vasi javanu varash,' meaning Loans have got cheaper so 2017 is the year to settle in your own home. Similar phrases were used in the campaign to make people recognise government support and that the right opportunities that are knocking their doors.

Mihir Ranpara, Director, GoBananas said, "It is very crucial that our client's intended communication reached the target audience. Once this was achieved we were sure we could deliver them everything else. The idea is to juice out the right words and put it at the right places (advertising it correctly). With print, electronic and outdoor medias at our realm, the agency made sure the right audience was reached. This was the first property show after the RERA Act was announced and it was also the first property show to feature RERA compliant homes.”

The show displayed over 200 properties from 70 plus developers consisting of all types of projects irrespective of their type, size, location or scale on a single platform. The show was attended by 15 plus allied industry professionals to make the best of the opportunity. The show was a gala success with a footfall of 10,00,000 people. Even though it fell on the same weekend as the important Rath Yatra, the devotees made sure they attended both places.
