Pinkstar Delivers Back-to-Back MICE Events for Ambuja Cements Across 6 Cities in North India

Ambuja Cements’ recently concluded multi-city North India Annual Meet was exclusively designed with the theme of ‘Ambuja Grahluxmi Utsav’. The event was graced by the company’s top management in all the cities.
Managed and executed by Pinkstar, the series of events kick-started with the felicitation programme of distributors and retailers from across the North India region. The meet was hosted in 6 cities, namely Amritsar ( June 8-9 ), Chandigarh (June 15-16), Delhi ( June 22-24 ), Udaipur (June 29-30), Mussoorie (July 15 -16) and Jammu ( July 26 ).
With over 600 distributors and retailers present in each city, there were a total of 400 awards distributed throughout the events. Keeping in mind the target audience of different cities, the artists were planned accordingly to add uniqueness to each event. Along with the awards ceremony, there were performances by Natti & Bhangra dance troupe artists and Bollywood playback singers like Ravindra Upadhyay, Gurdeep Mehandi, Thakur Das Rathi and Daksh. The launch events in each city were planned specially for all retailers' wives as 'Grahluxmi'.
According to Pinkstar, the biggest challenge was to bring all the elements on one platform like after-event city tours, luxury buses arrangement for local city tours, etc.
On managing and executing the brief of the multi-city annual meet, Mahendra Pal Singh Bora, Client- Marketing, Pinkstar Events commented, “We had a tough task on our hands to make this a unique event highlighting all the motives of the event and creating an exciting platform for all. The challenge was in a short time the stage design and sheer size of execution needed, The setup was complicated and time consuming. Pinkstar Events loves to take up tough jobs and the result at the end of day is worthy of the efforts put in to make the MICE event grand. All 12 MICE events went off smoothly, salutes to our team."
The Annual Meet was hosted in 6 cities, including Amritsar, Chandigarh, New Delhi, Udaipur, Mussoorie and Jammu, respectively.
