Auto Expo Encompass Meroform Wizcraft GPJ
The 13th edition of the bi-annual Auto Expo Motor Show will open its doors on February 5 at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. And of course this edition is expected to be the largest since its inception.
The Expo like every year, with its grand launches and massive displays and activations, has led to big business for agencies in the experiential marketing industry. This is in addition to the pre-expo launches and activations that have already got the capital buzzing...
Here's what we've gathered till now:
Encompass Events seems to be managing maximum number of brands / displays / activations, with its tally of 9 stalls (or more?) at the expo, including, Hyundai, GM, Fiat, Jeep, Nissan Datsun, Mercedes, BMW, TVS.
But of course Encompass works towards being pros at auto-expo booth concepts and design, through research at international auto-expos of grander stature.
Partnering Encompass on the FIat and Jeep stalls is George P Johnson (GPJ).
Wizcraft as we hear are managing TATA, Renault and DSK stalls.
Meroform has bagged the Jaguar Land Rover, Yamaha and Toyota displays at the Auto Expo 2016.
CS Direkt is managing Honda and Maruti's presence at the show.
Communique is said to be managing the launch of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza and also other brand experiences for Maruti Suzuki at the booth.
Showtime on the other hand is taking care of Hero Motocorp's presence in entriety with an indoor and outdoor display / activation areas.
Aura Integrated Solutions is managing the Hitachi and Ashok Leyland stalls.
Kettle Communications is creating the Isuzu with Swift Yokohama activation.
70 EMG is managing the Honda Motorcyles stall, which is said to be the largest 2-wheeler stall at the Expo this year.
The Social Street is managing Triumph Motorcyles' presence.
Marketing Solutions continues to manage Polaris.
The Propshop fabricated and is managing the Scania Commercial Vehicles booth and also planned and managed an activation for its globa launch of the Citywide bus.
And if you think the agencies have their hands full with multiple brands' presence at the show, here's the lowdown on what production / fabrication partners are up to:
Modern Stage Services are partnered for the TATA and DSK booths with Wizcraft; the Hyndai, Nissan, BMW and Mercedes booths with Encompass; Honda and Maruti booths with CS Direkt; the Jaguar Land Rover, Yamaha and Toyota stands with Merofoam; the Iszu with Swift Yokahama with Kettle Communications and of course the Hero indoor and outdoor presence with Showtime.
Dream Factory is executing a total 7 stalls, including Ashok Leyland and Hitachi for Aura Integrated, some parts of the Hero outdoor presence for Showtime, JK Tyres outdoor presence for TNBT, Quikr for Beep, and Baxy for Tudor Group.
Effectstech is partnered with GPJ for the Jeep and Fiat stalls production and fabrication.
Stay tuned for more updates from Auto Expo 2016 or leave a comment if you / your company is involved in the Auto Expo so we make sure to include it in our next report.
Encompass, Meroform, Wizcraft, GPJ, Showtime, CS Direkt, 70 EMG, Kettle, Aura, Beep and Scoop are only but a few of the agencies involved in various stalls at the show.
