Artistry Events Zesst Events and Weddings Three Entertainment Beyond The Decor Pujan Decor
Jeet Adani and Diva Shah’s wedding was a well-planned event that combined tradition with social awareness. The three-day celebration, held at Shantivan and the Belvedere Golf & Country Club in Ahmedabad, was intimate and carefully organized.
Artistry Events managed the overall event coordination, ensuring smooth execution across multiple ceremonies, while Zesst Events and Weddings handled planning from the bride’s side. WE Hospitality provided production support, bringing together different elements seamlessly. Each function had a distinct theme, with Three Entertainment curating the welcome dinner, Aash Studio designing the brunch, and Altair Decor overseeing the sangeet and wedding decor. Beyond The Decor and Pujan Decor managed the production for the main ceremony.
The wedding also highlighted social responsibility. Designer Manish Malhotra collaborated with artisans from Family of Disabled (FOD) to create custom shawls. Chennai-based Kai Rassi contributed digital designs that complemented hand-painted work. Several artisans were involved, including Prakash Ji, known for his nail art bookmarks, Munna Ji and Nazmeen from Firozabad, who crafted glasswork, and Bibaji Churi Wala, who displayed handcrafted bangles.
Entertainment was planned to match the occasion. Gurdeep Mehndi performed at the mehndi function, while Vishal-Shekhar led the sangeet. Dharini Thakker and The Bombay Choir performed at the wedding, and Sukhbir and Raja Dholi were part of the baraat. Emcees Vaibhav Mota, Sachin Khumbar, and Nitin Mirani ensured the event ran smoothly.
Guest experience was carefully considered, with BlueSea Bespoke Catering designing the menu and The Wedding Bartenders setting up mocktail bars. Furniture and decor rentals came from Rentastic and Bhadewala, while invitations were designed by Radhika Pitti Studio.
Reels and Frames handled photography and videography, capturing key moments. Twirling Moments choreographed performances, ensuring they were well-executed.
