Atmosphere Core has announced two key leadership appointments. Alain Camille Trefois has been named General Manager of OBLU NATURE Helengeli by SENTIDO, a 4-star resort known for its vibrant house reef and channel diving. Mohammed Belhacen joins as Cluster Director of Revenue for Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts and COLOURS OF OBLU brands.

With four decades of global experience in hospitality, Alain Trefois has held leadership roles in Belgium, France, the Maldives, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK. His expertise includes hotel operations, team building, and enhancing guest experiences.

Mohammed Belhacen brings extensive experience in revenue management, having worked in Canada, France, Morocco, Switzerland, and the UK. His most recent role was Senior Multi-Hotel Director of Revenue for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Morocco.

“Revenue management is all about finding the perfect balance,” said Mohammed. “From optimising pricing structures to filling the gaps in occupancy, every element must align seamlessly.
