Mr. Kamdar's leadership has ensured that the company remains at the forefront of the industry, a beacon of excellence in a sea of change. Rajhans Audio Visual is unique in that it not only holds an extensive technical inventory but also boasts an entire Production and Fabrication team In-house, which now boasts a vast stock of stage blocks varying in sizes from 0.6 ft to 5 ft. The Inhouse Team includes carpenters, Welders, Painter, Tailor, Drapes, Electrician and Technicians culminating in a total strength of over 250 dedicated professionals ensuring meticulous pre-production of sets at their 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse located in Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai. Rajhans Audio Visual invested heavily in high-level I9 servers with WATCHOUT, RESOLUME, and HIRENDER software specialists to manage large video files with hot backup done with fiber cabling.

The company's growth mirrored the industry's evolution. As live Sound events became more sophisticated, so too did Rajhans Audio Visual's offerings. The company invested in state-of-the-art Sound System of JBL VTX A series and JBL B28 dual bass systems, Shure and Sennheiser microphones with dual antenna systems, a 96-channel digital mixer with stage rack, winch stands, and truss bars for flying sound. Their backline gear includes drum kits, guitars, keyboards, in-ear monitors, stage monitors, amplifiers, and DI boxes, providing a comprehensive sound system for any event.

Rajhans Audio Visual constantly upgrades its inventory and is excited to introduce 200 units of 17R Sharpies intelligent lights for the upcoming wedding season. Their box trusses, equipped with CM motors, moving head spots, washes, beams, and LED PARs, are complemented by an in-house lighting designer who creates the perfect ambiance for any event, whether it’s a Conference, Product Launch, or Wedding Celebration.

His partner, Mrs. Shivani Kamdar joined the team and pioneered the wedding decor department. Under her leadership, the decor and wedding management segment flourished. 1980: Founded by Mr. Kishore and Mrs. Bharti Kamdar with a single overhead and slide projector and one employee, later expanding its inventory by investing in three Gun Sony video projectors.

1990: Launched sound rental services, introducing the Ahuja sound system, microphones, and a Yamaha mixer to the offerings.

1995: First company to bring the VGA NEC data projector to the market, allowing laptops to connect directly to screens.

2000: The production and fabrication division was established, initially focusing on small conference flex backdrops and masking screen setups.

2004: The lighting division was initiated with the introduction of LED PAR lights, which were later upgraded to include intelligent lighting systems.

2008: Significant investments were made in trussing and motors, along with enhancements to the conference sound systems.
