Atmosphere Core has partnered with Keemaya Resorts and Spas to develop Ozen Villas Jaipur, a luxury resort in the foothills of the Aravalli ranges in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Opening in Q2 2025, this resort is part of Atmosphere Core's plan to establish 25 properties in India by 2025, marking its fourth project under the Ozen Collection and 11th property in the country.
Ozen Villas Jaipur will feature 181 one and two-bedroom villas, each with a private pool, spread across 20 acres. The resort will cater to luxury travelers seeking a peaceful retreat and will offer venues for meetings, celebrations, and weddings, including a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor event space and outdoor venues.Guests will enjoy various dining options, including an all-day restaurant with alfresco dining, a specialty fine dining outlet, a gourmet snack bar, and a lounge bar.
The resort offers views of the Aravalli ranges and Amber Fort, and is an hour's drive from Jaipur International Airport, within the Golden Triangle, near Gurgaon and Agra.Jaipur's cultural heritage and attractions make it a prime destination for luxury travelers.
Souvagya Mohapatra, Managing Director of Atmosphere Core for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan, expressed excitement about the new venture. Mridul and Surbhi Goyal, Directors of Keemaya Resorts and Spas, believe that Atmosphere Core’s brand will elevate Ozen Villas Jaipur to a world-class luxury resort.
