Shalini Sethi is appointed as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, and Lakeside Chalet Mumbai Marriott Executive Apartments.

With over two decades of extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Sethi brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to her new role. Her previous job roles include successfully managing the sales and marketing functions at the Indian Hotels Company Limited for key markets in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Sethi has also been instrumental in re-energizing and revamping the brand Timeless Weddings for her previous organization.

Sethi is renowned for her strong business acumen and catalytic approach towards flourishing strong relationships with key decision-making teams. Her expertise in driving hotel revenues through appropriate sales and marketing strategies across all market segments and business sectors is commendable. Additionally, her wealth of experience in handling and leading the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) segment further positions her to be suitable for the role.

Sethi’s academic accolades, including her post-graduation in science from Guwahati University and MBA in marketing from New Delhi, underscore her dedication and expertise in the field. Beyond her professional endeavours, Sethi finds joy in travelling and discovering new destinations. She is also a certified deep-sea diver with an adventurous bucket list to fulfil.
