ITC Classmate All Rounder Programme

ITC Classmate, India’s leading stationery brand with a strong commitment towards partnering with students in their journey of learning and development, announces the completion of the first edition of ‘Classmate All Rounder’ programme. The one-of-a-kind programme was aimed at holistic skill development in school students and nurturing them to become well-rounded individuals.

ITC Classmate’s All Rounder Programme is aligned with the objectives of NEP and has been instituted in the form of a large-scale multi-layered inter-school competition. The aim of the programme is to encourage school children to learn and experiment with new skills and create a unique platform for them to showcase their talents.

The first edition of Classmate All Rounder, conducted in 13 cities across India, received an overwhelming response, witnessing participation from over 1000 schools and three lakh students. The four winners who bagged the title of Classmate All Rounders 2022 are Ayush Bhagat from Kolkata, Rasleen Kaur from Chandigarh, Sanjana Pramod Shetty from Mumbai, and Arshia Chaudhary from Jaipur. This Grand Finale was judged by a panel of four eminent members of varied profiles, including actor and storyteller Roshan Abbas, Billiards and Snooker champion Pankaj Advani, Indian Esports player Ankit Panth, and CEO of Design Café Geeta Ramanan.

Vikas Gupta, Divisional Chief Executive, ITC’s Education and Stationery Products Business said, “ITC’s Education and Stationery Products Business, through its brand Classmate, is committed to the Government’s vision of building all-rounders for tomorrow’s world in sync with the National Education Policy. Being an all-rounder helps today’s kids prepare for the challenges of tomorrow, whilst leveraging the opportunities in a fast-evolving world. Preparing today’s generation for tomorrow’s world is the only sustainable solution to secure the future of our collective existence. This year’s Classmate Allrounder Programme, which saw large-scale spontaneous participation from 3 lakh children across 1000 schools, is one such effort by Classmate to hone multidimensional skills in children, making them future-ready.”
