Mayhem Studios announces it's first title 'Underworld Gang Wars' (UGW), the Battle Royale game on 17 May at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse. Drones lighting up the night sky was used to reveal the new battle royale game. This was the first game reveal via drones. After the game was revealed, a QR code appeared in the sky, which took people a teaser of the game upon scanning. The teaser gave people a sneak peak into the game 'rooted in India, built for gangsters'.
The game claims to give a background with some interesting characters inspired by Indian stories, and the characters and plot are based in India. The plot, locales, gangs, and emblems in AAA games all have an Indian setting. The game's theme, weapons, and maps are stated to have been created to provide gamers with a unique experience.
The game is scheduled to launch later this year. Pre-registration window will be opening from 22 May 2022.
