Set against the scenic backdrop of The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, Farah and Nabeel’s wedding was a well-planned celebration that combined tradition with contemporary elegance. With Poonam Mayank Sharma overseeing the wedding arrangements, each event was designed with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience for the couple and their guests.

The wedding festivities began with a Meet & Greet, where guests were welcomed into an inviting setting of candlelight and crystal décor. Handmade mirrored trays held floating and pillar candles, creating a soft, warm glow. Large crystal spheres were suspended from trees, adding a subtle decorative element. A champagne tower served as a centerpiece, while white roses, orchids, and baby’s breath complemented the setup. Locally crafted decor pieces highlighted traditional artistry.

For the Sangeet, the decor took inspiration from Mughal and Rajput architecture, with a jharokha-style backdrop as the focal point. Seating featured gold-accented chairs, embroidered bolsters, and silk cushions in shades of beige, emerald, and royal blue. The space was illuminated with jaali lanterns, Moroccan lamps, and antique lanterns, enhancing the warm atmosphere. Guests dined with antique brassware cutlery, while a fountain decorated with rose petals, jasmine, and candles added to the ambiance. Fairy lights draped across the ceiling provided a soft glow, creating a relaxed yet celebratory setting.

The Haldi ceremony was vibrant and cheerful, featuring a mix of handcrafted elements and fresh florals. The decor incorporated woolen sunflowers, flamingo sculptures, and Turkish ceramics, along with bright yellows, pinks, and corals to reflect a festive mood. Hand-painted fabrics with sparrow and dove motifs symbolized love and peace, while olive branches, eucalyptus, and baby’s breath added natural accents. The setup balanced tradition with playful, artistic details.

The wedding ceremony was designed with a classic approach, incorporating red florals, pearls, and glass details. The decor featured red roses, cascading orchids, and pearl strands, creating an elegant atmosphere. Mirror accents, candlelight, and suspended crystals added subtle depth to the setting. Glass doves, representing love and peace, were used as decorative elements. The overall design maintained a balance between traditional richness and understated elegance, keeping the focus on the ceremony itself.
