Percept Announces ‘Sunburn Home Festival 2.0’ on Feb 27-28 in High-tech Mixed Reality Environment

Percept Live, creators of electronic dance music festivalSunburn, have announced ‘Sunburn Home Festival 2.0’, a virtual two-day music festival scheduled on February 27 and 28, 2021. The line-up of the festival includes some of the big names in the international music domain including Don Diablo, Yellow Claw, Nicky Romero and Mariana Bo.

Sunburn Home Festival 2.0 will offer a festival experience, bringing together some of the biggest DJs in the electronic dance music industry. The festival will run from 9 pm to 11 pm on both days, and feature Nicky Romero and Mariana Bo perform on February 27, followed by Don Diablo and Yellow Claw headlining the show on February 28.

With XR technology in 3D design, high-tech video production and SFX, the Sunburn Home Festival 2.0 is designed around an eclectic Neon Garden theme and will showcase a futuristic environment via the use of innovative, state-of-the-art technology.

A key highlight of Sunburn Home Festival 2.0 is the incorporation of Extended Reality (XR) Technology, which will offer a 360-degree Mixed Reality (MR) environment by virtually combining the Sunburn Neon Garden themed environment and human-machine interaction to generate a new form of surreal reality for the guest.

With thematic set designs and state-of-the-art lighting, AV, sound, SFX and virtual audience interaction, Sunburn Home Fest 2.0 aims to raise the tech bar higher to offer fans an authentic, futuristic festival effect in the safety of their homes.
