Percept digitICE, the digital and virtual arm of Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events & Experiential Marketing domain company of Percept Ltd, conceptualized and executed a Live virtual event for ZEE Entertainment Enterprise Ltd’s 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The virtual meet held on September 18, 2020 was attended by more than 50 key members and saw over 65,000 viewers online, marking a strategic shift for ZEE in the domain of digital multi-channel communication.   

The Live Virtual event saw many directors join in from multiple locations across India and abroad, and also allowed shareholders to address and interact with the Board of Directors.

The scope of work encompassed creating the stage design, producing the overall background of the environment. Percept digitICE also designed the micro-site in accordance with the brand guidelines, and all guests had to log into this site to enter the virtual meet.

The highlight of the event was the stage reveal which saw visuals, light and SFX. Percept ICE was also in charge of the event live stream, video edits, language translation for viewers, coordination between all stakeholders and NSDL, moderator scripts and the overall virtual live show management.
