OnePlus Nord Gets Augmented Reality Launch

OnePlus unveiled the launch of its latest Nord smartphone at an Augmented Reality event on 21st July, 2020.

This event was streamed on OnePlus Nord AR app and the company’s YouTube channel.

Viewers were not only able to see the launch, but also able to spend some ‘virtual’ time with the smartphone through AR from the comfort and safety of their homes, enhancing their virtual experience.

The company had also sold AR launch invites on Amazon at Rs.99 each, using which people could experience the new Nord in AR.

The OnePlus Nord starts at Rs 24,999 for the base edition (September) and will offer higher-end variants at Rs.27,999 and Rs.29,999 from August.

Alongside the smartphone, the company also announced the launch of OnePlus Buds.
