The Wedding Connections Orchestrates a Fabulous Celebration of Lifetime Bond at JW Marriott, Jaipur

The Wedding Connections (TWC) turned the wedding dream of Ridhima and Omanshu into reality at a breathtaking location of JW Marriott, Jaipur. The union was 3 days jam-packed affair with 5 different functions. Their guests traveled from across the world to be a part of the celebrations. With a rooftop brunch Mehendi, Jaipur-styled sangeet, flamingo-themed pool party, traditional big-fat-Indian wedding, breathtaking reception, celebrity performances, fireworks, and whatnot; it was utterly sublime from beginning to end. 

Being the first wedding of the generation, it was imperative to the bride and groom’s families that their relatives and friends were spoilt with splendid comfort, delicious food, non-stop entertainment and a whole heap of love. The team of TWC understood their vision perfectly, thus organizing a life-sized destination wedding as memorable for them as possible. 

The Wedding Connections created a different vibe across each of the events so the fun never ends. We introduced the clients to most-talented vendors when it came to cinematography, design, DJ, etc. thus, providing complete transparency as expected of them. 

A team of 54 people worked day and night to ensure a non-stop avalanche of details, were brought along Janaki, a professional wedding designer from Mumbai to aid in the process.

As guests’ comfort was prime to our clients, we ensured that the entourage was safely escorted to and from their hotel accommodations at JW Marriott, Le Meridien, Radisson Blu, Indana Palace and Umaid Haveli from airport and wedding venue. Also, a team of people was assigned to the client’s foolproof security. 

The festivities kick-started on the night of arrival itself when the groom promptly requested to surprise his bride-to-be on her birthday’s eve. The Wedding Connections team made their moment life-sized by lighting up the sky with fireworks. Cake and exotic chocolates were presented as a special gesture. They oversaw every detail and stood by the couple’s side like a loyal BFF.

The next day started with a Mehendi, which was a rooftop brunch. The mood board of whimsical pastel color palette of lavender, mint, peach, sunshine and cotton candy to life. Just perfect for the winter months!   

The Sangeet followed a fusion theme as asked by the clients. With thikri glasswork, fairy lights, photo booths, majestic stage, an appliqué work entrance, a lot of candles, and traditional Rajasthani food, it oozed the cultural charm of Jaipur!

Next, the Pool Party was followed by a poolside. It was a splash of colors with flamingo motifs, day beds, mud planters, blue pottery, and other vibrant props, tasty cuisines, and drinks. The team arranged matching t-shirts for the bride and groom squad, which looked amazing in pictures. Meanwhile, the arrangements for the Bhaat ceremony were made at the backside for the guests.

For the wedding, the client wanted traditional baraat and pheras. Unlike the usual 12 or 14 feet Mandap, a massive 60 by 60 feet grand mandap and amphitheater seating was set up with Shreenath Ji portraiture as its backdrop, which was undoubtedly the focal point of the event.

The reception was held in Gulmohar, a luxurious wedding venue. The opulent theme of white and gold was put together with arch installation, lounge sittings, huge floral arrangement, and other design flourishes throughout.

Guest management and security were thoroughly taken care of. The whole area of the reception venue was secured with CCTV cameras, security officers, guards, traffic controllers, and valet parking.

Also, the team planned a spectacular entrance of the newlyweds with girls playing violins, 2,00 golden balloons popping out of convertible cars and a majestic cake awaiting them. It was a perfect way to complete the three-day celebrations. 

The Wedding Connections made sure that there isn’t a single dull moment with a lineup of celebrity performances on all occasions by the likes of Singer Suchitra (Mehendi), Singer Guri (Sangeet), Band Chickeen Masala (Pool Party), Soulful Raga (Wedding), DJ Ashmit Patel and Rohit Gida (After Hours Party) and Adnan Sami & Latina Band (Reception) respectively.

All the intricacies mentioned by the clients were executed perfectly by the team. A special package of gifts and sweets for the guests was arranged to sweeten the goodbyes and make it a wedding they cherish for years to come.
