On February 13th, 2020 Michael Menezes, Showtime Group - Chairman, Founding President - EEMA and an Indian experiential industry great, lost to the heavens.
Michael was an industry captain, a thought leader and a trailblazing pioneer for the Indian Experiential Industry. A pioneer, a trendsetter, a leader, a teacher, a mentor, a guide, a friend, he was a giant amongst men. But most of all, he was an example. An example of how an experiential professional could achieve success with his head held high and his spine erect.
To thank him, with immense gratitude EEMA (Event & Entertainment Management Association) announced a series named after him and in his honor - “The Michael Menezes Knowledge Series 2020” commemorating his contribution right through his journey not just as the President of EEMA but also as Chairman of Showtime Group.
This tribute is an initiative to provide a knowledge-sharing platform for industry experts, innovators, and influencers to share their knowledge with the ecosystem. The series will be launched on March 27th, 2020 with the first session, hosting an industry leader from the world.
