Xarm Xperiential Manages the Karnataka Builders & Developers Conclave in Bangalore

The National Real Estate and Developers Council (NAREDCO) Karnataka Builders & Developers Conclave FKCCI, KG Road, Bangalore Xarm Xperiential

The National Real Estate and Developers Council (NAREDCO) recently organized the Karnataka Builders & Developers conclave, 2019 at the FKCCI, KG Road Bangalore. The day long conclave which set stage from 8.30 am onwards was managed by Xarm Xperiential.

The day started with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri. B.S Yediyurappa and a host of other prominent dignitaries like Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, President Nardeco National & Founder of Hiranandani Group.

With over 300 leading architects, designers, property consultants& association members assembled under one roof, the primordial role of the event was to give special importance to growing changes in areas like ground level practices by developers, government policies, triggers and sanctions on real estate developments, opportunities, ease of doing business, market perspective and trends.

Bengaluru’s paramount auditorium and prime hub for commercial developments, the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry a.k.a. FKCCI, was spruced up with phenomenal stalls which presented international standard products including architectural innovations, ground safety, forking & lifting and lots more, for key clients along with a back-to-back session covering various topics.

The expo with about 30 exhibition stalls was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka Shri. B.S. Yediyurappa.

Preetham Shetty and Harosh Aravind, Directors, Xarm Xperiential shared their moments of glory at the event, “For us, it is always an enormous responsibility coupled with a herculean task to construct and execute such an event. We are very sure about its potential as a conclave capable enough to drive real estate and ancillary industry in Karnataka to its zenith.
