Percept ICE recently, conceptualized and managed the My11Circle Meet & Greet event with legendary cricketer Sourav Ganguly at the Taj Santacruz in Mumbai on August 23^rd, 2019. The exclusive meet was attended by 35 leading players of the My11Circle app and over 60 key members of the media fraternity.

Percept ICE’s scope of work included conceptualizing and managing the entire My11Circle Meet & Greet of the My11Circle app players along with Brand Ambassador Sourav Ganguly coupled with a media conference. This spanned the venue set-up and cricket-themed décor inclusive of a chroma photo-booth which offered a feel of a real-life stadium. Photos snapped at the booth were a great hit and served as wonderful take-home memorabilia for the visitors.

Percept ICE handled all the ground logistics inclusive of F&B, Guest relations, RSVPs, welcome registrations, co-ordination between the Celebrity Guest and players on-ground, show management, and overseeing a flawless media meet with Sourav Ganguly and the players with a focus on highlighting the amazing features of the My11Circle app and their future plans. Players were also thrilled to receive goodie bags which encased a miniature bat signed by Dada himself.

The exclusive My11Circle Meet & Greet cum Press Conference at Taj, Mumbai on 23rd August 2019 saw the Top 35 My11Circle online players get an opportunity to interact and play box cricket with legendary cricketer Sourav Ganguly. Fans could pick and select players from both sides in a fantasy match and create a dream team of their own.

The highlight of the Meet & Greet was a fun live Box Cricket Area set up, where all the winners got a once-in-a-lifetime golden opportunity to bowl against the Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly. The top 35 winners received the royal treatment right from their flights and entire stay in Mumbai being managed by the My11Circle management. The prize money of INR 25 lakhs was announced and handed over to the runner up of the My11Circle contest at this event.
