The wedding was a 4-day celebration and three different hotels hosted the guests of the bride and groom. The first function was ‘Phoolo Ki Holi’, where the Bride’s side organized an event in the morning for everyone to come together and celebrate with flowers and organic colours near the poolside.

The Surprise party had a very minimal décor and the Mehendi was a colorful, vibrant morning function in the Banquet Hall which was decorated with traditional props and lots of marigold florals. For the Ring Ceremony, fabrication was done in shades of grey with a mix of pastel pink, which gave an elegant look – just how the client wanted. For the sangeet, the colours chosen were turquoise and other shades of blue. The wedding was centralised around the Mandola design, elaboration and incubation of couple’s logo from Invitation. For the wedding, guests travelled from Pune to Ahmedabad.

The client wanted every event to be subtle with the blend of sophistication. They wanted minimal usage of artefacts and more of natural elegance. For the Wedding, the bride’s father wanted everything to be perfect. “He restricted us from using any artifacts, plastic, glass, resham, and metal and all he wanted us to use were diya, flowers, and silk cloth”, said Keyur Patel, Founder & MD, Prasang Events and Weddings. The theme was Mandala, which was taken from the invitation card. The vidhi mandap was also designed as per the Mandala theme.

Dharini Thakkar was called to recite the wedding tale with the songs for the couple. Harish Bhimani was also a part of the ceremony and recited the main ceremony in English and Hindi for all the guests.
