KNC Services launched the Bengal Jewellery International Show (BJIS), the first ever initiative of its kind in the city and state. The BJIS’19, a three day B2B jewellery mega trade fair, kicked off on January 12 and was held up till January 14, 2019, at Eco Park, Rajarhat also saw a unique feature- A Jewellery Fashion Show. Real Show, an event agency based out of Kolkata, was roped in to manage the execution of Bengal International Jewellery Show 2019.

As the largest fine jewellery event of Eastern India, the three-day expo aimed at projecting Kolkata as one of the highest contributors to the jewellery industry along with a successful projection of the city on the global map. The expo was suitably timed, just prior to the seasonal festivities such as PoilaBaishakh, the Bengali New Year and the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya, as well as the summer wedding season.

The premium trade B2B fair highlighted a rich agglomeration of Kolkata’s exquisite handcrafted jewellery. This included statement sets in diamonds, gold, silver and pearls along with gemstones and related products. BIJS had more than 250 plus stalls, set up by jewellery manufacturers from all over India as well as international participants, who showcased their intricate modern and traditional jewellery designs through plain and studded gold jewellery, loose diamonds, and stones, gifting articles and machinery equipments. This event had catered to over 7000 visitors from all over the world. Prominent business personalities like Mustaq Ahmad,  Hasmukh Parekh, P.C. Chandra had also attended the event.

RealShow had managed a team of excellent marketers who helped promote the event by distributing pamphlets and invitation cards to local jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and renowned associations in Kolkata and outskirts of Kolkata. Their effort has brought around 4000 visitors from the city alone. 

JD Mazoomdar founder and CEO of  Real Show said," We are the prime event agency who organized the whole networking evening for the exhibition from designing the buffet interiors hall and venue management, venue coordination, audio-visual support, hospitality, and entertainment to media tie-ups."

The event agency was also in charge of organising the spectacular,eye-arresting BIJS Jewellery Fashion show wherein models showcased the heritage handicraft jewellery along with the latest trends in diamond, gold and coloured gemstones. This fashion show highlighted a diverse array of attractive, trendy and stylish ornaments made of gold, diamond, gems and pearls. Showcased by top 10 models of Kolkata The guests were stupefied with the 3D visuals in the background and the unique design of the whole ramp that the agency offered. The fashion show had showcased aesthetic jewellery collection by prominent jewellery brands like Hashmukh Parekh Jewellers, Jai GulabDev Jewellers, and Sangam Jewellers. The guests were entertained by the mesmerizing performance of the well-known classical fusion band You and I. The event ended with the guests shaking to the beats of DJ Rimi.
