ALL IN Events Manages the Media Launch for MTV Unplugged Season 8

ALL IN Events, bagged the mandate of conceptualizing and executing the Media Launch event for the Royal Stag Barrel Select MTV Unplugged Season 8. The launch celebration was held on January  16, 2019 at the Lalit Mumbai and witnessed a substantial attendance of over 100 people from the media fraternity.

The event commenced with a stunning performance by a Saxophone Artist, which was followed by a Welcome Address by the Emcee Vishaal Rasquinha to the guests attending the Press Conference. The Show Promo was launched by the man who is the prime conductor of the epic orchestra that is MTV- India’s No. 1 youth entertainment brand, Ferzad Palia, Head Youth, Music and English Entertainment, Viacom18. After the melodious Show Promo, MTV Unplugged’s spectacular line-up for 2019 was welcomed on the stage - Sonu Nigam, Guru Randhawa, Rekha Bharadwaj, The indie trio of the Kakkars, Jonita Gandhi, Amit Mishra, Bhuvan Bam, Dhvani Bhanushali, Shahid Mallya and Arjun Kanungo.

The event culminated with a free-flowing networking opportunity even as the F&B flowed and media interacted with the talent in zones created specially keeping in mind the nature of the event. ALL IN Events scope of work included conceptualizing and executing the entire event inclusive of the event setup, set production, media engagement concepts in the pre-Function area, show flow organization, backstage co-ordination and a seamless show run of the final inauguration event on ground.
