PETA India Associates With YesWeDo Entertainment For 'Friends With Animals'

YesWeDo Entertainment in association with PETA India, Animal Shelter Noida Authority, and Gardens Galleria Mall organised a social event, "Friends with Animals" in order to celebrate Friendship Day on July, 5, Sunday this year. The event sponsors were Yamu's Panchayat and the event was supported by Leoeight PixMedia.

During this event, people were encouraged to report instances of animal abuse to PETA or local concerned authority and direct helplines for such reports were shared with the audience. People were informed how to befriend animals by simple acts of kindness like feeding them, offering medical aid and providing shelter to community animals in extreme weathers.

Some serious topics such as exotic animal trade, condition, and safety of community dogs, death of cattle by eating plastic and blade, and death of birds caused by kite flying were discussed during the event by PETA India and Animal Shelter Noida Authority.

YesWeDo Entertainment amalgamated awareness with entertainment. Budding artists from across country performed during the event to engage the mall audience. DJ Casey was the anchor for the event which also saw the performances of many artists.

The event successfully engaged the weekend footfall and audience participation was honoured with goodie bags from event's official sponsors, Yamu’s Panchayat.
