Horn Ok Please So Delhi One Source Productions
So Delhi recently organised the much awaited "Horn Ok Please - A food truck festival" at JLN Stadium, Delhi from March 9 to 11, 2018. One Source Productions was roped in to manage and execute the third season of this Food Truck Festival. This was the second time the mandate was handed over to team One Source Productions for execution.

The food festival was drenched in innovative concepts, styles, music, food which made this festival a foodie's paradise. With just 36 hours in hand for the setup, massive sq feet area to be covered, and a bad weather forecast for the day, the challenges were relatively higher this time for this 3-day food festival as this season was bigger and better.

From handling overall production, AV technicals, logistics, security to branding and decor in such a short duration and at such an immense level was a major task.

As per client's brief, the decor was curated keeping in mind the multiple segregations in terms of area and that each area had to have their own appeal of customised décor. Grub Campus had a campus feel decor which was pulled off by making the stalls with red brick effect just like Delhi University campus. Waffle Mart and Shakes Square were kept quite pop and hip in terms of the decor. The decor for Quirk Bazaar was naturally kept quirky by using lots and lots of pinwheels and horns. To bring in the rustic element in the decor for Beer Garden, hundreds of raw baskets with bulbs hangings were used. With interesting decor props like the truck horns, painted tyres, cycle rims, scaffold pillars decorated with ribbons, in-lit signages, and the but-so-obvious truck photo op – it was creative brilliance at its best.

Speaking about the venue, Mr Deep Bansal, Production Head & Partner of One Source Productions explained, "The venue was quite vast with so much scope for customised decor. The decor had to be crafted to create an immersive experience for the attendees. It was crucial to strike the right chord with the decor and convert the venue into an awe-striking space with the perfect blend of fun, food, and music to take the festival to the next level for the crowd."

Mr Shivam Sekhri, CEO of One Source Productions, remarked, "It was a thematic bliss for us. From working on different themes to combining it with the barren land of JLN was a challenge but we managed to do so exceeding client’s expectations to the fullest. This was one of the most upskilling projects for us that was carried out impeccably all because of teamwork."
