Airtel Dubai Leadership Conference Successfully Executed by Akkado

Akkado planned and executed a 3-day event for Airtel set amidst Dubai’s beautiful landscape, offering a platform to the leadership team of multiple business units to come together and look back at the high points of the previous year and discuss the key strategic plans for the coming financial year. 

The wonderful journey began with a closed room, a limited member board meeting, which was later followed by a formal inauguration and welcome address by Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Founder & Chairman of Bharti Enterprises. 

With the underlining theme of ‘Execute Brilliantly, Win Decisively’, the conference was high on the digital factor allowing Akkado to create an 84-feet curved LED stage for the business conference. The design communicated the essence of the conference, and how it connects to the overarching theme of executing brilliantly and winning decisively the digital way. 

With an open Q&A session, presentations, motivational speeches, activities, and more, the conference gave way to the R&R to felicitate the top performers. The awards night was curated on the theme of “Havana Nights” at the poolside. Touchpoints of the evening were aligned with the main theme ensuring that the guests enjoyed and imbibed the true essence of the Havana culture. Thematic props and accessories were offered to the guests, setting the perfect tone for the evening.

Followed by the Awards Ceremony, the evening bedazzled amongst various entertainment capsules that featured a mesmerising Salsa Dance performance, an interactive choreography session that was followed by a breath-taking performance by the internationally renowned band, ‘Right Show’. As part the celebratory acts, there was a mixologist who entertained the guests with his stunning tricks and art.

Akkado’s Audio Visual team captured candid moments of the guests and knitted them into an audio-visual that was displayed during the business conference. This was followed by sessions from the CEO’s of India and Africa in the midst of multiple thematic zones that were conceptualised, constructed, and very finely executed by Akkado. These zones were impeccably set up for multiple business units of both India and Africa.

The leadership galore culminated on a very high note with all the CEOs taking a pledge for the next financial year. With a pioneering, in-house technology team, Akkado brought the Slingshot technology in to use, by using the Conclave App as the host server for the software and database. Last but not the least, with endogenous ticketing, travel, and visa team, Akkado was successful in extending an unmatched travel experience to all the guests.
