ZEE Entertainment Launches ZEE5 App At Event Executed By CS Direkt Events and Exhibition

ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd launched ZEE5, an app that promises to be a one-stop destination for the best in entertainment on digital platforms.

The event took place on February 14, 2018 at Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai. CS Direkt Events and Exhibitions bagged the mandate of executing the launch of ZEE5 following a competitive multi-agency pitch. The brief shared with the agency for the launch event was the celebration of languages in various entertainment merged with the modern Indian Identity through a dramatic spectacle. 

CS Direkt took up the challenge and curated a spectacular experience for both client and the audience. The event was given a look of a state of the art film festival with red carpet entry and banners hanging from top depicting various genres that ZEE5 has to offer.

The highlight of the event was the drone performance; a synchronous act put together for the launch of the app. With an elaborate philharmonic musical piece, a crescendo was built with drones entering like a graceful hive. They hovered around gracefully on music, after which one of the drones dramatically separated out and went towards the stage. The drone then swooped down and presented a phone to Mr. Amit Goenka. The use of technology blended with a musical spectacle, emblematic of ZEE5 itself, was used to launch the app successfully. The audience was enthralled and the client impressed.
