Toast Events Weaves 5 Unique Themes into a Grand Setup for Celio Press Day

Celio, a French men’s retail brand recently organized a press day in Mumbai at Verbena, Kamala Mills on December 7th, 2017 as they launched their Spring Summer ’18 collection which showcased 5 different themes.
Bring roped in to present the press day to guests and media, Toast Events was faced with the challenge of bringing 5 different themes to life in one event. With over 300 garments to showcase, the agency divided the venue into 5 different zones which would showcase the 5 themes namely - Kinship, Psycholush, Psychotropic, Slow Future and Youth Culture. All the 5 setups were executed to reflect the inspiration of each theme and to bring out each of their essences to life.
The press day opened its doors to many respected names from media and top male influencers. Garments from each theme were on display for the guest to touch and feel. Toast Events took care of the entire set up right from design, to fabrication and to the minutest details for each theme’s setup.
Commenting on the event, Nikhil Shah, Client Servicing – Toast Events said, “We worked around the clock on the day of the setup and worked the ‘Toast magic’ to pack the entire event together to deliver a press day that would exceed the client’s expectations and blow the minds of the attendees.”
Adding further, Shane Flecher, Operations said, “Since the event was about bringing to life, the themes with real props and not an artificial fabrication, I had to hunt across Mumbai to look for the perfect set of elements to justify each theme”.
