Emirates NBD, a leading banking group from United Arab Emirates entered India with aplomb at the first presence event at Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. The grandeur of the venue paired with the magnificence of the theme ensured that the launch event was a spectacular success. Platinum World Grroup was entrusted with the task of creating an event at par with international standards and wow the members of Emirates NBD with the content, theme, setup, and entertainment.

Living up to expectations, the event saw some of the biggest names from the industry cast a spell over the evening. The hosting by the eminent emcee Tisca Chopra ensured that the entire launch progressed flawlessly while interacting with the crowd, bridging the gap between the speakers and the audience. The Guests of Honor for the evening included UAE's Ambassador, H.E Dr. Ahmed Albanna; Shri Shahnawaz Hussain; Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar. On the occassion of the launch, the words of Shayne Nelson, Group Chief Executive Officer of Emirates NBD as well as H.E Dr. Ahmed Albanna inspired the audience. Sharad Agaral was appointed CEO - India of the banking institution and also graced the stage with a short speech. Enumerating the history of the brand was a wall of 24 panels, with each panel designated with an employee of Emirates team to describe the evolution of the service provider.

It was not all about numbers and investments as eminent Mythologist and Writer Mr. Devdutt Pattanaik presented a motivational talk infusing mythology and enforcing the connect between India and United Arab Emirates. A smooth instrumental form of jazz entertainment by Lindsay & band was also a part of the evening and helped ease the atmosphere. 

Emirates NBD is one of the biggest banking service providers in the Middle East in terms of assets. The group has set up its first branch in Mumbai, India and plans to slowly expand over different geographies. The bank is a complete servcice provider and all services from Retail Accounts to Corporate Banking and Investments are enabled.
