Pegasus Conference Services Engages Over 15,000 at Bring Your Family to Work Initiative for Reliance

Pegasus Conference Services recently managed the ‘Bring Your Family to Work’ day event for employees of Reliance Industries Limited and their family members. Pegasus Conference began working on the brief by putting together a crisp 10 days pre-event communication plan for the attendees. This plan included: Designed Invites, Teasers, Invitations, and a video message by the senior leaders to generate curiosity amongst the attendees.

The event took place from October 23 to October 27 at the Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai. The initiative was an engagement by Reliance to show the family members the workplace of the employees and enable them to experience their immediate office environment closely. The massive turnout of over 15,000 people that included employees of Reliance Industries Limited, Reliance Retail, Reliance Foundation, and Jio along with their families.

A bus tour consisting of a guide was specially arranged for the families to have a closer look at the widespread RCP premise and the various facilities like Reliance Retail outlets, Reliance Digital, Gymnasium, and Jio Experience Zone offered by Reliance to its employees. Various sessions regarding Parenting, Health and Fitness, and others were arranged along with a Career workshop for the attendees.

The sessions also covered various topics like Kachra Phek Mat Mumbai, the importance of Green Revolution and, benefits of Carpooling. To add a fun quotient to the event there were outdoor games such as Box Cricket, Mini Golf, and Foot Pool arranged along with various indoor activities like Canvas Painting, Newspaper T-shirt making, Seedling pots, Coloring and Craft Sessions for kids.

The main attraction of the event was the Digital Fun Zone which was created at the venue. Fun games were arranged for friends and family as bespoke experiences in the form of mesmerizing Augmented Reality Live  events that fascinated children and adults alike. The experience also allowed them to get up-close and personal with magnificent creatures and experience quality 3D animations, F1 Racing Car Simulator, GIF Photobooth, X Box and Playstation, Digital Slingshot for Feedback provided entertainment to the families. Another highlight of the fun zone was the installation of Pictionary Engagement which proved to be a major crowd puller for the event. Emcee Ritika played the perfect host for the all the event days as she engaged all the guests with interactive sessions and fun games during the event.

BYFW was an enriching initiative that filled employees’ family members with pride, instilled a deeper understanding of the workplace dynamics into them, and gave them a glimpse of organization's sincere, diligent efforts towards making Reliance an engaging and vibrant workplace.

Pegasus Conference Services created an engaging environment by putting informatory sessions and entertainment together that left everyone in awe.
