Akkado Manages the Launch of Vocational Training Institute for Women for GOI

With the increasing focus on skill development in India, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister, through the National Skill Development Corporation, has pioneered to establish Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra in every district of India.

A Regional Vocational Training Institute for Women under the PMKK was inaugurated on 16th September 2017, in Hyderabad, Telangana by Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Honorable Vice President of India. Along with him many other dignitaries like Dharmendra Pradhan, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship; Sri Naini Narsimha Reddy, honorable Minister of Home, Labour and Employment, Government of Telangana; and Sri Bandaru Dattatreya, Member of Parliament graced the event with a sole objective of promoting Skill Development in India.

Commenting on the success of the event, Abhishek Sharma, Co-Founder, Akkado said, “We feel privileged to have been the chosen partner to execute the prestigious event. Akkado managed to turnaround the Laying of Foundation Stone ceremony within a time frame of just 3 days involving a varied logistics plan for the execution of the entire event. The logistics plan involved setting up of a 100*30 meters AC hanger, multiple LED screens along with 1500+ seating arrangements for the General Public and various VIP seating zones for all the dignitaries attending the event.

Akkado’s role was extended beyond the event set up, which involved outdoor branding that was done on hoardings, poles and drop down banners spread across the wide area of the Regional Vocational Training Institute for Women.

Along with the execution of the event, Akkado also provided its audio visual services to the National Skill Development Corporation by creating multiple audio visuals capturing the essence of the growing Skill Development in the country.
