OMCPL Successfully Launches the Courtyard Community Park in Thane

Wadhwa & Narang Reality, one of the leading real estate giants in the state of Maharashtra launched the Courtyard Community Park, where Oaks Management was roped in to manage the event execution that took place on July 29 and 30, 2017.

The objective of the launch event was to have fitness-related activities in the park with breakfast in the morning. More than 500 people including the media, Shiv Sena members and the public attended the launch event on Day one while Day 2 saw over 300 people from the nearby communities attending the event.

The park was Inaugurated by Uddhav Thackeray, Eknath Shinde, Meenakshi Shinde, Sanjeev Jaiswal. July 30 saw a special fitness session conducted by Shweta Jairam followed by scrumptious breakfast by Madhavan South Indian Caterers

The Community Park has all the makings of innovative design that could be the first-of-its-kind in many respects. The landscaping has been done by architects from New Zealand, who have integrated the design of the park with utility, to make it aesthetically invigorating.

The beautiful Yeoor Hills form a backdrop and are open for public, built as a green oasis amongst the concrete jungle around.

Have you ever imagined strolling in a park that has splendid design elements in their walkways and landscaped gardens to make it a delight to go out for a walk every morning? When we received the brief for this project, this was the reason why we got excited to take up this project. Converting a last-minute brief from one of the esteemed realty brands Wadhwa and making it a success was possible because the teams worked hard together and the concept was unique. We had 500 plus residents from Thane turning out for the event.”
