Salt Pulls Off 2-Day Conference for PRI at Kingdom of Dreams and JW Marriott

Salt Experiences and Management delivered the 2-day Pernod-Ricard India (PRI) Conference, which took place at the Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon on July 14 and at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity on July 15. India has become the third largest market for PRI, and a market they want to further explore to tap its full potential. Through this conference for employees, they intended to relate the core values of PRI, that conviviality and mindset for growth with the traditions of India. The conference was in a way a celebration of the spirit of India and its diversity.

Attended by employees from all over the country who had achieved their targets in the past year, the conference aimed to motivate everyone to accelerate their efforts, move to the next level and lead the growth. Through this event, PRI emphasised the core propositions of the organisation, with the aim of inculcating a sense of ethics, mutual trust, entrepreneurial spirit, conviviality and decentralization.    

Salt built on the concepts ‘Exceeding’, ‘Excellence’ and ‘Expertise’ to coin the theme for the conference. The theme ‘Xcelerate’ was taken forward from Day One where the guests were made to experience and immerse in the true spirit of India at the Kingdom of Dreams, into the next day’s business and motivational sessions.

Day One featured a beautiful coming together of traditions and technology at KOD, where the guests were welcomed by drones showering flower petals on them. The guests were transported to a kaleidoscopic world of colours, diversified art and culture and an Indian Broadway musical.

Day Two began on a starry note with Navjot Singh Siddhu as one of the motivational speakers, who addressed and energized the audience with anecdotes from his life and career.

Guillaume Girard-Reydet, Managing Director, PRI also interacted with the audience, impressing and amusing them. The day ended with rewards and recognition, followed by a stand-up comedy act by Sunil Grover aka Gutthi, who interacted with the audience and had them in splits in the popular dual role of Gutthi and Doctor Gulati.

The evening ended on a musical note as KK wooed the audience with his power-packed and mesmerizing songs.
