engage4more organised ShaUrya for Mahindra Susten's 5th anniversary, recognising the dedication and unconditional support shown by employees. Mahindra Susten, a leading player in the Indian solar energy sector, is a part of Mahindra Partners, the private equity division of the global Mahindra federation. This year, the Mahindra Susten family is celebrating both its fifth year anniversary as well as a landmark turnover of Rs.1000 crore. The event took place on July 30 at St. Regis Hotel, Mumbai.

All company stakeholders including dedicated employees, clients and vendors who have been with the company since its inception attended the celebration. Dignitaries present at the event included Mahindra & Mahindra’s Non-Executive Chairman Arun Nanda; Parag Shah, M.D, Mahindra Partners Division; President, Group Legal and Member of Group Executive Board Zhooben Bhiwandiwala and Basant Jain, CEO, Mahindra Susten.

engage4more, which has a long-standing relationship with the Mahindra group, won the pitch for the celebrations over two other agencies, purely on the basis of unique ideas presented.

The event was a grand affair, as the employees who had won an internal talent hunt contest, kicked off the event with a stunning performance to set the tone for the evening’s celebrations. This was followed by a beautiful demonstration of Mahindra Susten's fulfilling journey via a sand-art demonstration and a moving theatrical performance, scripted and directed by engage4moreand and performed by its employees. Besides this, a grand 40-ft ‘History Wall’ showcased through pictures the milestones that the solar company has achieved in a short span of five years.
