Sumansa Exhibition and Government of Dubai hosts Dubai Property Show in Mumbai

Dubai Property Show, the Emirate’s popular real estate exhibition is all set to mark its footprint in India. The show, which made a successful impression in London earlier this year, will now be heading to Mumbai from Nov. 6 to 8, and will be held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. 

Organized by Sumansa Exhibitions in association with Government of Dubai’s Land Department, it will exhibit Dubai’s lucrative real estate investment opportunities to Indians, who are already top investors in the Dubai property sector. 

With around 5000 serious buyers expected at the expo and over 35 world-class developers from the UAE, the occasion will provide tremendous exposure to property investors as well as individuals. The 3-day property extravaganza will be open to visitors between 11:00 am to 8:00 pm every day with free entry on all days. Additionally, the exhibition will feature free seminars scheduled on property investment, legalities and financing. 

On the exhibition, HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), said: “India is an enormous economic and demographic power at the global level experiencing high growth level. In the meantime, India and United Arab Emirates enjoy historical trade relations, and periodic reports issued by the Dubai Land Department indicate that the Dubai Property market is of high appeal among Indian investors who always top the foreign property investors list in the Dubai market, in terms of the number of transactions and the gross total value. Such an event will contribute to acquainting more Indian investors with the meaningful opportunities offered to them by Dubai.”
