OMCPL Organises Annual 4-Day Offsite for Employees in Goa

Oaks Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd (OMCPL) organised its annual employee off site from July 16 to 19 at Novatel, North Goa. The four day off site was packed with fun future planning and team bonding activities. 

Commenting on this year’s off-site format, Raj Chawan, GM – Operations, OMCPL said, “Considering we had quite a few new faces in the team this year, this offsite was a good way of bonding and understanding each other’s personalities”.

The first day kick started with sightseeing and time at the beach. The second half unfolded with a business conference, where each department presented their views and plans for future growth of the company. The session concluded with a speech by Rahul Gomes, Director, Oaks Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd highlighting goals and targets for the current financial year. Post session, the team enjoyed a gala dinner at a popular joint in North Goa.

The second day was dedicated to team bonding activities organised by the HR Team to bring out team spirit, leadership qualities and encourage applied strategies by employees.

The evening was spent in a pub in North Goa. Following a relaxed lunch on Day 3, an ‘IDEA UNBOX SESSION’ was held where the team was encouraged to come up with out-of-the box ideas related to business as well as ‘better living’. The last day was spent shopping.
