The event coordination and conceptualization were done by Ajay Vadhvani Solutions. AVS took care of all the little details that were needed to make the event a great hit. All the participants, trainers and the judges received their kit from Rebook which had t-shirts shoes and lower. Team AVS worked day and night to deliver the best setup, music to pump up the participants and bringing sponsors on board for the event.
