Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar, in partnership with the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kolkata, is bringing a taste of Thailand to Odisha with the Thai Food Festival 2025, a vibrant celebration of Thai cuisine and culture. The festival will run from April 16 to 20 at Sweet Basil, Lyfe Hotels’ signature Thai restaurant.

The event is designed to offer Bhubaneswar’s food lovers an authentic and immersive culinary experience, curated by Chef Sara Panisara, a renowned Thai chef known for blending traditional flavors with modern flair. Guests can expect dishes that reflect Thailand’s rich heritage, made with passion and precision.

The festival officially opens on April 16th at 7:00 PM with a special evening at Jade, Lyfe Hotels, featuring a multi-course dining experience. The evening will include welcome addresses by Ms. Siriporn Tantipanyathep, Consul General of Thailand in Kolkata, and Ms. Sonal Sahoo, Director and Co-founder of Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar.

Festival Menu Highlights:

• Appetizers: Watermelon Salad (Yam Tang Mo), Papaya Salad (Som Tum)
• Soups: Tom Yum Kung, Tom Kha Kung
• Mains: Pad Thai, Green Curry Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice (Khao Op Sapparod)
• Desserts: Siam Cha Da Alaska Ice Cream, Siam Pudding with Coconut Milk
