The Ghoomar India Folk Festival transformed The Courtyard at R City Mall into a vibrant tapestry of colors, music, and tradition. More than just a cultural celebration, the event carried a profound purpose, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting mental health, girl child education, and breast cancer awareness. Every twirl, rhythm, and note resonated with a cause, making the festival a heartfelt tribute to both heritage and humanity.

The Festival, a seamless confluence of culture, tradition, and purpose, is the brainchild of Dr. Mamta Ajit Singh, Director of the Women Entrepreneurs International Chambers of India. Alongside Rehma Nahar, Swati Thakkar, and Shilpa Jain, she envisioned a celebration that not only honors tradition but also supports meaningful social causes.

The Ghoomar India Folk Festival showcased India’s cultural splendour with a Ghoomar dance marathon, soulful Rajasthani concerts, and awe-inspiring Talwar Baaji by royal Rajput women. The #RampforCause highlighted elegant Rajput bridal and groom attire, while Padma Shri Maame Khan’s rendition of "Chaudhary" was a breath-taking finale. Celebrity guests Jyoti D Tommar, Devesh Mirchandani, and Naitik Nagda graced the event, with MLA Ram Kadam’s inspiring speech on women empowerment adding a powerful touch.
