WOW Awards - Asia’s largest business and recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment, and Wedding industry is gearing up for its 15th edition on 22nd and 23rd June 2024, at the JIO World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
The WOW Awards Asia 2024 is now accepting entries across 110 Categories distributed among five distinct groups: Group A: Experiential Marketing Awards, Group B: Experiential Celebrations Awards, Group C: Experiential Tech Awards, Group D: Hotel & Venue Awards, and Group E: Live Quotient Awards.
With a two-phased judging process conducted by jury members, audited, and validated by EY, the awards ceremony promises to be a glittering affair. Each jury member is carefully selected from diverse backgrounds with extensive industry experience to ensure transparency in the judging process. Their expertise plays a pivotal role in determining the most deserving winners.

As you prepare to showcase your best work in the event and experiential domain, aiming to bring home the coveted accolades, let's introduce you to the esteemed Experiential Marketing Jury.
Experiential Marketing, known as Group A, encompasses campaigns, events, activities, and initiatives by brands, corporations, associations, government bodies, etc., aimed at promotion, communication, and marketing. The Experiential Marketing Awards feature 39 categories that will be meticulously judged by a panel of expert jury members.
The esteemed Jury of Experiential Marketing Group are:
Arkaprava Ray, Head, Marketing Strategy, Brand Partnerships, Content & Events,HSBC India

Arkaprava Ray, also known as Arko is a Marketing professional and an innovator having worked globally and across markets in India handling key marketing projects for HSBC in India. He currently heads the Marketing Strategy for HSBC in India and leads a team of senior marketers who provide innovative and disruptive solutions to complex business problems. He is an avid strategist in repositioning and scaling brands by conceptualizing high impact marketing & digital campaigns. He is also a mindful speaker and jury member of several marketing awards. He is well known for creating popular IPs like HSBC StarStruck, GoGreen Cyclothon, HSBC Golf League etc. Prior to joining HSBC in 2010, he worked with companies like Aviva and Reliance. He is a footballer and a fitness enthusiast. His other interests include adventure sports and observing people closely.
Jay Shah,Vice-President, Head – Cultural Outreach, Mahindra Group

Jay is Vice-President, Head – Cultural Outreach at the Mahindra Group. Cultural Outreach by a Corporate house is a relatively new concept and Jay is one of the few industry professionals championing this idea. He helms several projects in the culture space including– Mahindra Theatre Festival and the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards in New Delhi, The Mahindra Blues Festival in Mumbai, The Mahindra Sanatkada Lucknow Festival in Lucknow. Mahindra Kabira Festival in Varanasi, Mahindra Percussion in Bengaluru and Mahindra Independence Rock in Mumbai. In addition to these, Jay uses Culture to propagate essential messages and build a sense of connection and common ethos between the over 200,000 employees of the Mahindra Group.
Jay is the recipient of the Summer Fellowship for International Arts Managers by the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at the Kennedy Center, Washington DC. Jay is also the recipient for the Chevening Scholarship given by United Kingdom’s Foreign Office for the Manager’s for Leadership Course at the University of Leeds. Jay was invited to the Edinburgh Fringe by the British Council as part of a cultural delegation.
Mukesh Jain, Joint Vice President - Marcom, Havells India

Meet the marketing maestro of the 21st century, a legend in his field who has surpassed the highest peaks of excellence and continues to leave his mark on the industry. He is the Joint Vice President - Marcom of Havells India Ltd and has been serving this position with absolute perfection for over 30 years.

As the Chief Marketing Officer of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd, Pratik is responsible for creating and accelerating the organization's marketing & growth strategy. He leads the organization's vision of becoming the world's leading vacation ownership company and redefining the way families holiday in India.
His unique skills in marketing and passion for creativity and storytelling along with his rich understanding of digital consumer trends have enabled him to build brands like Times of India, Gaana, Cricbuzz, MX Player, ETMoney, Times Internet, Airtel, and Yatra in his previous roles.
He is a focused, result-oriented, and high-energy leader who is always curious to learn and deliver positive outcomes which led him to be honoured with the ‘100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders in the World’ Awards in 2016. With over two and a half decades of work experience, he is someone who thrives on challenges, thinks long term, and drives objectives with a keen eye on results while ensuring a balance between flexibility and agility.
As an award-winning professional and a Wharton Business School alumnus, Pratik is proficient at handling business and strategic issues. He has also been an entrepreneur running his own media and content creation company. He was previously a Member of the Advisory Board of Ad:tech India, Director on the Board of Bennett Broadcasting and Distribution Services, Acuate (Cricbuzz), and Times Content Ltd, and is currently a Member of the Mahindra Group Executive Brand & Customer Experience Council.
He had joined Mahindra Holidays at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 when the world had come to a standstill. To capture the anticipated trend of revenge tourism, he led his team hands-on with a differentiated marketing strategy to deliver a 2x growth in the last couple of years.
Rajesh Srivastava, Head – Marketing Communications, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd.

Rajesh Srivastava is the Head – Marketing Communications, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL). In his current role, he is responsible for developing marketing strategies to maximize the company’s overall performance. Develop marketing roadmap & implementing marketing plans of existing & new products on short-term and long-term strategy.
He has 20+ years of experience in the mobility business. Functional expertise in Strategy Formulation, P&L ownership, portfolio management, new product launch, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, customer insight, digital/precision marketing, integrated marketing communications, Events & cross-functional coordination.
Prior to joining Nissan India, he held diverse roles in Sales & Marketing at Ceat Tyre, Ford India and Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd (HMSI).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Physics and Chemistry from Kanpur University, and PGDBA in Marketing from Manipal IT education. He has also done an Executive PGDIM from IIFT, New Delhi & PG Certificate in Advertising Management & Public Relations from MICA, Ahmedabad.
Sachin Tagra, Managing Partner, JSW Ventures

Sachin is the Managing Partner at JSW Ventures, an early stage tech focussed VC fund. Before joining JSW Ventures, he was leading Capital18, media & venture investment division of Network18 group. He had also set up the early stage investment model of Brand Capital, Times Group and has been investing in start-ups since 2014.
Prior to the investing domain, Sachin has driven P&Ls of large businesses in consumer, retail and media sectors with large corporates including Reliance Retail, Times Group, The Friedman Group US and have made significant contributions from the start-up phase to scaling up.
He serves on the boards of both listed and unlisted tech start-ups which includes Homesfy, Zvolv, CureSkin, HealthPlix and Growcoms.
Villo Daji, Senior Vice President - Group Marketing, Baccarose Perfumes and Beauty Products

A Brand evangelist & result oriented marketer with over 23 years of experience across multiple organisations as HUL, Pidilite, GNC, Wella Hair cosmetics, Bisleri and J.L. Morison. Recognized as a Brand Change Agent, persistent innovator, and team motivator championing some of the most successful brand launches, she worked in positioning & rebranding strategies on product launch campaigns. With an eye for detail, she is known for campaigns that drive enhanced Customer Experience, Engagement & Loyalty for businesses in range of 500 to 2000 cr turnover.
